Matt White

As Senior Vice President of Payor Relations, Matt White, has more than 15 years of healthcare strategy and operations leadership experience. He leads all payor strategy, engagement, negotiation, and contracting, and population health strategy and operations for Retina Consultants of America.

Matt is passionate about the ability of physicians and health plans to transcend traditional boundaries to innovate in favor of superior clinical outcomes at lower per capita costs. His Matt’s career spans both health plan and physician services strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and operations leadership roles and over the last decade, he has specialized in operational excellence for Medicare advantage and Managed Medicaid health plan and risk-based care delivery organizations.

Prior to Retina Consultants of America, Matt held a variety of leadership roles with Humana and Anthem, and their respective care delivery organizations, Conviva and CareMore, in strategy and innovation, member growth and performance, and clinical and operational excellence in Population Health.

Matt is known for bringing diverse teams of clinicians and operators together with a focus on consumerism to drive innovation and superior clinical and financial performance under advanced payment models. He brings P&L accountability, operational rigor and discipline, and acquisitions and integration experience to RCA.

Matt enjoys spending time and traveling with his wife Jill, and their children.
