Zach McClain

Zach McClain joined Retina Consultants of America in October of 2023 to serve as the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. In this role, Zach leads a team of world-class FP&A professionals in delivering financial insights to RCA and to every local practice. Zach brings 12+ years of experience and demonstrated commitment to superior performance and stability during rapid growth.

Most recently, Zach was the VP of Finance at National HME, a New Mountain Capital portfolio company in the hospice medical equipment space, where he managed all aspects of finance and accounting. He has served in various other senior financial leadership roles in healthcare and technology.

Zach received an MBA and a BSBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona before moving to Texas in 2020. Zach lives with his wife and three children near Flower Mound, TX and enjoys spending time outdoors - especially running, skiing, and climbing.
