
Dr. Dev graduated summa cum laude from Boston University. He was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree summa cum laude from Boston University School of Medicine with a full academic scholarship.
He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Harvard University’s Beth Israel Hospital, followed by a residency in Ophthalmology at the Duke University Eye Center. He then performed a fellowship in Vitreoretinal disease and surgery at the Eye Institute of the Medical College of Wisconsin, where he received the Heed and the American Ophthalmological Society fellowship awards.
Dr. Dev is a recipient of the Ronald Michaels Award in Vitreoretinal surgery. He is Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota. He is an active member of the American Society of Retina Specialists and Retina society. Dr. Dev joined VitreoRetinal Surgery in 1999.
